- Significant expertise in well intervention and stimulation, reservoir modelling, field development planning and optimisation and asset valuations in both conventional hydrocarbon and CSG
- Bachelor of Petroleum Engineering (Honours) from University of NSW and has over 20 years’ experience in conventional and CSG exploration and development

- Previously Manager Exploration and Production Geoscience Onshore at Origin Energy with responsibility for exploration and development geoscience staff covering both conventional and CSG assets in the Surat, Bowen, Perth, Cooper/Eromanga and Otway Basins
- Prior positions at Origin Energy included Manager Coal Seam Gas Exploration and Manager International New Opportunities and Ventures
- Bachelor of Applied Science in Applied Geology (Queensland University of Technology) and Graduate Diploma of Environmental Studies (University of Adelaide) with over 22 years’ experience in conventional and CSG exploration and development

Roland Sleeman

- Extensive engineering and business experience in the Australian energy industry including:
– negotiation of gas sales agreements that provided a foundation for development of the North West Shelf Project
– commercialisation of new gas and power station opportunities and management of major gas transmission pipeline infrastructure - Prior to joining ESG in 2007 provided consulting services to a range of corporate and government clients across Australia
- Authored two Government- and industry- sponsored Regional Minerals Programme reports in 2004
– “Facilitating the Development of Natural Gas in North Eastern New South Wales” (which pointed to the prospects of CSG); and
– “Energy for Minerals Development in the South West Coast Region of WA”
Ian Kirkham

- Extensive experience as CFO and Secretary to listed company boards and as a participant in exploration and production joint venture committees
- Previously CFO of emerging copper and gold company Hillgrove Resources, and junior explorer InterMet Resources Ltd
- As Financial Controller with Otter Gold Mines Ltd helped develop the Tanami Gold Mine and the Beaconsfield Gold Mine through the exploration feasibility, financing, development and production stages
- Chartered Accountant with over 20 years’ experience, initially with Coopers & Lybrand in Australia, Canada and the United States
